Tuition to Between the Rivers Gathering is non-refundable. If you are not able to attend the year the tuition was purchased you may transfer your reservation to someone else, or your tuition may be held over for 1 year to the next year's event if you contact us before event start. BtR tuition is like a concert: if you cannot attend and do not transfer or defer your ticket, it is your loss.
