Full Tuition for Adult Participant.
Tuition to Between the Rivers Gathering is non-refundable. If you are not able to attend the year the tuition was purchased you may transfer(sell) your reservation to someone else in the same year, or your tuition may be held over(deferred) for 1 year to the next year's event if you contact us before event start. Deferred tuition cannot be transferred or sold to another person. BtR tuition is like a concert: if you cannot attend and do not transfer or defer your ticket, it is your loss.
