Registration for BtR 2025 will open 4/1/2025 We are looking forward to seeing everyone! Please scroll down for dontation or for paying work trade deposits for those who have not yet paid. Adult Tuition: $320 before May 1, then $350 Teen 13-17: $200 Youth 8-12: $125 Children 4-7: Free Children 3 and under: Free Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to view and purchase tuition. Even though young children are admitted free, please add to cart and purchase the 1 penny ticket (store would not make free stuff visible) to help us track numbers and know what to expect. If electronic checkout is not working correctly please let us know - we want to help make this as easy as possible! Most trouble registering with smartphones is solved by turning your phone on its side. If things take a turn for the worse and we must cancel the gathering due to the pandemic we will refund tickets in full! Tuition to Between the Rivers Gathering is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the year the tuition was purchased, you may contact us before the gathering begins to defer your tuition to the following year. This can only be done once. If you defer you tuition you cannot transfer it to another person. A second allowable option is to sell your tuition to another person if you cannot attend. *Tuition does not include possible class material fees. Check Schedule page for more information.
